first things first, this is a very large, heavy box long, so it's best to have someone at home the day that is to be delivered unless you live in a fairly safe area where you can leave the door. comes disassembled so be prepared to spend an hour or two to put it all together. make sure that you start the charge as the first step because it's going to take 18 hours to charge the battery. you need basic tools (screwdriver, spanner)
